A reinforced concrete anti-seismic structure, flat floor structure.

INTERIOR LAYOUT:
The indoor partition walls will be made of ceramic blocks with a thickness of 7 cm.

BUILDING ENVELOPE:
It will be made of ceramic block with its corresponding thermo-acoustic insulation layer.

DECKS:
The decks may be used as terraces due to the waterproofing layer made of approved asphalt roofing felt of 4 Kgs.m2.

FACADE:
Facade Treatment with monolayer and placated in natural stone and porcelain stoneware tiles.
